Tarsius Center Indonesia (TCI) was born from the belief that future sustainability is an accumulation of the good quality of life of all living things, which has been sought since now. The link between humans and nature in the chain of life is considered necessary to solve everyday problems. The main role of humans as the main actors of change are carried out by TCI in the Human Centred Design (HCD) approach to realise environmental protection in every program and initiative.
TCI is a transformation of an institution that was previously called the Kelompok Peduli Lingkungan Belitung (KPLB).
