Founded in 2016, Tathmeen W.L.L is the first real estate valuation company in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Owned by Mr. Ahmed Alrayes, the company is prestigiously classified as Class A in Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA).
It is the product of working in the real estate sector for more than twenty years through Al Tasahul Real Estate Company.
The company's work is in line with the requirements and rules of conduct of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors "RICS" as well as RERA.
