We are a small family-run group of nursing homes that prides itself on trying to provide high quality care to the local residents of Banbury & Shipston-on-Stour and the surrounding areas and we hope that you will become a valued and cared for member of our staffing team.
We have a strong ethos within our organisation. We believe that “Life is for Living”. This summarises our belief that care should be more than just keeping someone healthy but also trying to make them happy. To achieve happiness we have found the following quote that forms the basis of our implementation.

• Someone to love – We believe that relationships are vital to enjoying life. Our staff will form meaningful relationships with those that live with us and we will work to maintain relationships that are important to our residents.
• Something to do – We believe that life should be full of interesting things to do and we will live up to this by providing our residents with a wide variety of meaningful activities and opportunities to have fun throughout the day.
• Something to Hope for – We believe that life does not end when you come into a care home and that should still have things to look forward to.
We will work with residents to find out what is important to them so that we can make new memories for them to cherish.
As an organisation we strive to work towards meeting these needs for all of our residents. We believe that individuals should be encouraged to live as happy a life as possible and hope that you will join us in promoting this ethos throughout your work.
