Our founder has more than 21 years of experience in advising successful, established companies, growing businesses (including SMME's), family offices and entrepreneurs operating in a variety of sectors including the technology, telecommunications, financial services, tourism, marketing, manufacturing, engineering, construction, health-care, education and veterinary sectors on domestic and international corporate and cross-border transactions, commercial and company law-related matters. The firm is located in Pretoria, Gauteng, but follows the novel approach of conducting virtual consultations via Zoom, Google Meet, Skype and/or of regularly consulting with its clients at their offices, at virtual offices or at a mutually convenient venue.
