This business is not trading yet, but working towards opening in the coming years. I have a certificate for personal licence holders and a Level 2 certificate in Health and hygiene for drinks manufacturers. I have emailed the local council in regard to getting a premises licence and personal licence and awaiting their reply. After these are applied for and granted I will then have to register the company and register with excise. All of which will be a lengthy and potentially costly process. Wish me luck!
