During the Second World War, Bryn Davies promised a fellow serviceman that a job would be available during the war. In 1945, Bryn kept that promise and sold the family home to finance the establishment of TB Davies.
By the late 1960s, TB Davies was pioneering the then-revolutionary lightweight benefits of aluminium over traditional wooden ladders.
