Justin came highly recommended and I couldn't have asked for a better agent. I was very close to going with Homie but after meeting with Justin I decided to go with him and his team. I am very glad I did. We had several walks-ins the weekend it was listed, had 3 offers within 48 hours, and sold the house for $4k more than listed price within 3 weeks of listing. He made the process easy. I would also say that not all agents are the same. Yes, they all have access to the MLS but I learned of all the extra efforts, marketing, networking that Justin did and I now realize was the difference maker for us and selling our home.
