Team Vanguard Racing (VR) comprises a group of five passionate Y11 students who are gearing up to represent their school, Victoria College Jersey, in the F1 in Schools STEM Challenge 2025 (Professional Class), coordinated by Digital Jersey.
Fuelled by our passion for motorsport and a shared ambition in science and engineering, Team VR are racing to design, build and compete with scale model F1 cars.
We are fundraising £200 towards producing the most professional exhibition pit display boards for the Regional Finals on 10 March 2025 and hope to then represent Jersey in the National Finals in Sheffield on 23 March 2025 - a further £1,000 will be needed to cover the team's travel costs.
