TSI was founded in 2006 as a technology consulting firm focused on supporting small and mid-sized businesses. As we grew and helped our clients we found that for the majority of them, we could provide better service to them by moving many of their 'in house' business services to the cloud; thus the TSI cloud was born and grown from that. We're proud that we have been able to improve many technology services like email hosting, online file collaboration, cloud document storage, and VoIP services for our clients all from the cloud.
Our focus has always been on the client and improving internal processes and procedures. Our business is to help your business improve. With this in mind, we believe it is important to be able to show a return on the investment in technology, either through reduced costs or improved business processes that increase sales and/or save time and money.
Today our clients span the globe, with us supporting more clients outside of our local geographic area, and about 30% of our clients being located outside of the United States.
