TechiFuture vision is to make college students market ready as per the current market requirements. Throughout the journey we met many students and professionals and we tried to help them with a suitable career path.
While we were working, we realized that there is a huge gap in our education system and what students are taught in the colleges are hardly been practiced in the real world. Technologies have changed and updated but our books remained the same. I do agree with the idea that the base for all technologies were established many years back and which is been taught in today’s colleges but still there is a huge gap in practical and skilled teachers, live environment etc.
In TechiFuture we thought to plan a way that will develop skilled freshers from the colleges which will meet the requirements from both the ends.
After several hours of research from our L&D team, we learned that students lack in the current IT knowledge which is required to get a job. We then devised a method that will develop the skills in the students so they are market ready and have an idea of the real work scenario. We gathered a pool of experts from the top IT technologies currently so they can educate and train the students to the perfection.
