TechMan Inc. was founded by Steven Soleimani in 2007 while volunteering for Students Teaching Adults Computer Knowledge (STACK) in high school. He was asked by some of the adults to privately assist them with computer issues and to further educate them about computers and application use. He saw this as a business opportunity and decided to begin assisting and tutoring people in Westchester county as a freelance business. While in Arizona for college, Steven utilized remote access applications to service his clientele.
