Technological Center for Human Rights is a non-governmental organization founded as a civilian non-profit company early in 2009. TCHR was established according to number of basics and principles, the most important of which is respect for the principles and values of human rights, democracy is one of the indivisible values and principles along with an emphasis on the principle of transparency. Additionally, TCHR operates in accordance with the principle of equality and equal opportunities between social genders.
Worth mentioning that the TCHR is one of the founding organizations of the Egyptian Union for Young Human Rights Organizations (Young Organizations Network) is an independent non-governmental seeking to spread and support a culture of human rights in addition to achieve a comprehensive development in the Egyptian society through its activities and programs. The Union includes now 32 young human rights organizations (form different Egyptian governorates like for example: El Menya – Cairo – Alexandria – Port Saied – Giza – Sinai).
