Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media and google ads strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Create high-quality, platform-specific content (posts, stories, reels, videos) that aligns with our brand voice and goals.
• Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or native platform analytics, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader campaigns (e.g., product launches, promotions).
• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and tools (e.g., AI-driven content creation, influencer marketing).
• Experiment with paid social ads (e.g., Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) to maximize reach and ROI.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and build a loyal online community.
Requirements:
• 1.5-3 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of growing brand presence.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.) and tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut for content creation.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and KPIs (e.g., engagement rate, reach, conversions).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creative storytelling.
• Experience managing paid social campaigns is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for staying ahead of digital trends and experimenting with new formats (e.g., short-form video, live streams).
