Since 1989, Tecnifreza is headquartered in Marinha Grande – Portugal. We are distinguished by the design and manufacturing of complex and precision molds for 1K, 2K, 3K and insert molding parts.

Tecnifreza has molding facilities to qualify the injection molds, perform trials, small and pre-series production.
In Tecnifreza we take pride in retaining 89 talented employees.
Our experienced engineers and designers, working in partnership with our clients, deliver complex but robust systems. Tecnifreza uses Top Solid 7 as CAD software and Sigmasoft for CAE.
We manufacture molds up to 5 tons and 900x600x900mm of maximum size.
Depending on parts complexity and size, we produce tools up to 128 cavities. We frequently produce multi-material molds (2 shots and 3 shots).
Tecnifreza is equipped with state of the art machinery which is necessary for the production of top class finished products.
All our products are submitted to rigourous dimensional control, over electrodes, steel and plastic parts. On top of the convencional measurement equipments, we are equiped with CT Scan.
Tecnifreza has molding facilities to qualify the injection molds, perform trials, small and pre-series production.
We are equipped with state of the art injection plastic machinery, with a range from 30 ton to 220 ton. We are capable to inject 2 shot, 3 shot and metallic inserts molds in-house.
