For over 45 years Tecnor has been producing a wide range of hydraulic hose fittings for market leading OEM and distributors, according to their drawings and specifications. Tecnor has its origins in a family company founded by Padrin brothers in 1960 originally engaged in the production of hydraulic jacks for lifting heavy vehicles and generic mechanical parts. In 1970 the company converted to production of hydraulics hose fittings. Today Tecnor is a manufacturing company specialized in the production of hydraulic hose fittings for fluid power applications used in a wide variety of industries including agriculture, construction, mining, pressure washing, transportation, and many others. The company has its own factory consisting in 4500 m2 covered of 8000 m2 overall area. The facility consists of diversified machineries to meet the different needs of customers with flexible production solutions for large, medium and small volumes: Turning • n° 30 multi-spindle lathes • n° 3 CNC multi-spindle lathes • n° 12 CNC single-spindle machines Marking • n° 1 automatic hex bar marking machine • n° 2 manual rolling marking machines Tooling • n° 1 in-house tool room equipped with CAD, CAM, CNC and wire EDM machines • n° 1 CNC machining center Surface treatments • n° 2 automatic cleaning machine • n° 1 annealing furnace • Zinc plating (CR6 free) and Zinc-Nickel according to specifications by qualified external suppliers Bending • n° 2 automatic bending machines • n° 4 manual bending machines Assembling • n° 2 automatic crimping machines • n° 3 manual crimping machines • n° 2 manual thrust wire nut assembly machines Packing • n° 1 automatic packaging line All the manufacturing machines are equipped with an integrated system for production planning, control and management and as well for quality monitoring in real time.
