In Mexico 2.5 million babies are born each year and inevitably become ill at some point in a common cold but there are also serious conditions such as Sudden Infant Death Syndrome, which takes the lives of 3,718 babies each year. This is the leading cause of death in newborns in Europe and the United States.
Our solution is a baby anklet that monitors vital signs and sends data via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi to a mobile application and a central base. If there is abnormal variation of vital signs, an alarm will be activated to alert parents to prevent sleep apnea.
