In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organised events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called TEDx Nantwich, where x = independently organised TED event.
TEDx Nantwich 2017’s mission is to celebrate and share the joy of ‘Life Long Learning’. With this as our central theme, the event aims to inspire and educate...at whatever level, and whatever age, ability or interest.
We believe learning holds the power to enrich lives, to grow minds, to empower individuals, to harness creativity, and to build confidence...and that it should be an ongoing process throughout one’s life. Albert Einstein sums it up best: “Once you stop learning, you start dying.”
In a nutshell, it is our ultimate desire that TEDx Nantwich 2017 enables people to experience the magic of learning something new.
