• Implementation of Basic SEMI Standards such as; E_4, E_5, E_30, E_37, E38, E_39, E_40, E_42, E_58, E_84, E_87, E_90, E_94, E130;
• Software for the management of robots, aligners, etc.;
• Drivers for individual devices;
• Real-Time Database (RTDB) for the needs of the semiconductor industry;
• Optimization algorithms and their programmatic implementation to optimize the machine according to certain criteria, e.g., performance;
• Development of a user language and the corresponding compiler & interpreter to manage machine processes, and more.
