TeleGraft is an EU-funded project that proposes telemonitoring of home dialysis utilizing a smart biomimetic arteriovenous graft
Researchers from seven European countries (Denmark, Great Britain, Sweden, Lithuania, Germany, Portugal and Spain) are working on the development of a new arteriovenous graft TeleGraft for dialysis. The innovatively developed artificial blood vessel can be easily and efficiently used for safe home dialysis and will allow for remote monitoring and real-time online detection of potential challenges.
