Since its inception in 1974, Telespond Senior Services has focused on promoting the independence, wellness and safety of the aging population in North East Pennsylvania.
We are home to a Senior Day Program, AmeriCorps Seniors Foster Grandparent Program and Senior Companion Program, Telespond In-Home Care Coordination and an Older Adult Advocacy Center, which will provide temporary shelter for elder victims of abuse and neglect slated to open its doors in 2024. Along with these programs Telespond is a source for education and community resources for all our participants and our neighboring communities.

--enhance the well-being of older adults by promoting independent living
--offer low-cost alternatives to institutionalized care
--collaborate with service providers and healthcare experts to ensure effective delivery of programs
