Tema Engineering Overview

Tema Engineering are industry leading manufacturers of skid packages and pressure vessels for offshore oil and gas applications. The multidiscipline ability of the Tema Group allows it to offer turnkey package solutions. We work closely with major external inspection agencies such as Lloyds Register, TUV, DNV, Zurich Engineering and BV. Our pressure vessels are typically designed and manufactured in accordance with PD5500, ASME VIII Div. 1 or 2, EN13445, and any additional customer specifications. We can also design and manufacture pressure equipment in accordance with ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3, EN 12952, EN 12953, BS 1113, EN 13480 and NORSOK M-601. Tema Engineering are also holders of the ASME and National Board approval, which enable us to manufacture pressure vessels in accordance with ASME VIII Div. 1 and carrying the coveted ASME certification mark. Having offered Project and Maintenance services to a variety of clients and end users for over 30 years, Tema has a wealth of knowledge and experience gained through working in the many facets and disciplines that the water, steel and petro-chemical industries contain. We strive to offer each client our personal attention regardless of the size of the project and value enquiries ranging from £100 to in excess of £10,000,000. With continual investment in equipment, training and staff we pride ourselves on the ability to deal with the task in hand quickly and efficiently. Our services range from small orders for “supply only” produced in our workshops, on-site repair & maintenance of plant & structures through to turnkey projects Tema Group Facilities include: - Primary workshop- 2200 square meters fabrication floor space, 25t lift capacity. - Secondary workshop- 1800 square meters fabrication floor space, 30t lift capacity. - A fully equipped machine shop. - Production capacity exceeding 8,000t per annum. - A bespoke 2400square meters protective treatment plant. - A highly skilled, multi-disciplined workforce.
