Tender Loving Care Was founded in 2005, by the best professionals who have come together to provide a safe, halping and protective treatment framework for the elderly.
The company has seven nursing homes spread throughout Israel and is intended for elderly people who are defined as nursing and mentally frail. The main purpose of the nursing homes is to enable the elderly to live a long life and lead a high quality life with a reason and meaning.
Currently, the company employs approximately 300 staff members who work in the various nursing homes and the central staff in Tel Aviv. The professional staff, which is part of one large family, includes administrative staff, doctors and nurses, certified and practical, therapists, cleaning and maintenance workers, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, Clinical dietitians and social workers, all provide a personal response and full and dedicated service to hundreds of residents staying in various nursing homes.
