Tenuta Rocci Cerasoli is an ancient charming residence located in the countryside between Alezio and Parabita, a few kilometers from the suggestive beaches of Salento.
It has an area of 11 hectares planted with vineyards and olive groves, it consists of a historic building from the 1700s, a church and an underground oil mill that have been restored in full respect of its original configurations. The building has preserved an Italian garden and front seats, which recall ancient times and flavours, when those who lived in the estate at dusk gathered on the seats to chat while waiting for the evening. To integrate and increase the hospitality in support of the building, 12 single-family houses were built, with an individual patio for greater enjoyment of the outdoor space. At the center of the apartments there is a swimming pool (300sqm).
