Terpenix is a spin-off company of the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague (CZU Prague). The company was established in 2013. Thanks to participation in the CZU Prague, our specialists have many years of experience in the field of science and research. The company focuses on utilizing the potential of natural substances from plants.
Main goal
Our main mission is the "Protected by Nature" - this concept means reducing the current overuse of synthetic chemicals used in agriculture and the food industry for plant protection, livestock nutrition or treating of agricultural products and food. This can be achieved by the use of natural substances, in particular essential oils, which can be applied in organic farming without negative impact on the environment, animals, and the health of the human population.
We want to achieve this goal mainly by providing advisory and consulting activities, by conducting expert studies and assessments, and by providing diagnostic and testing activities in the field of animal nutrition, plant protection, plant treatment, plant products, objects and soil against harmful organisms.
