Terra Nova Energy Ltd. was formed in 2012 to capitalize on the exploration potential in Australia's Cooper/Eromanga Basin, the country's largest and most mature hydrocarbon producing onshore basin. Terra Nova's two blocks, PEL 444 and PEL 112, lay adjacent to renowned licences containing new and producing discoveries. The Terra Nova team is comprised of professionals who have expertise in evaluating and financing new exploration and development plays. Our intention is to continue building a portfolio with an emphasis on projects with extremely large potential. Several Terra Nova team members were part of the team making a record-fast deal with Oil Search Ltd. for $900M in March 2014.
