Besides our experienced technical and computer departments, we also have an efficient assistance service, able to follow every customer’s inquiry or after sales requirement, from managing the supply of original spare parts to arrange interventions oncustomer’s site to fix problems in the shortest time possible. Our assistance package includes tele-assistance as well, allowing us to sort out problems on our machines at distance and in real time. Moreover, we provide a counseling service for customers who wish for help to set up their production lines, to sell their machines or to purchase second-hand machineries.
