By offering competitive incentive packages featuring fiscal and non-fiscal incentives, TIEZA, as the infrastructure and investment arm of the Philippine Department of Tourism (DOT), invites potential investors who will be its shared-partners in developing tourism infrastructure projects in Public TEZs or as operators of Private TEZs. Combining investment incentives with strong regulatory framework, the Authority performs a significant role in ensuring that the TEZs are developed in an economically, environmentally, and socio-culturally responsible manner.
