Established in 1986, Thames & Newcastle is a Chartered Building Company focused on the construction and property markets within London, Greater London and the South East.
Our objective is to maintain the traditional values of being a small family oriented business, while striving to offer the professional approach that is required by our clients usually the preserve of much larger organisations.
We operate as either a traditional main contractor, forming close links with your design team, or as a specialist design and build contractor, where we can take your project through from inception and feasibility to planning and completion onsite.
We have significant experience in the London high-end residential market working with both specialist developers and private clients, including a number of VIP’s. However, as approved contractors for many public authorities we also undertake a range of healthcare, education and commercial projects for our public sector and corporate clients.
