ThatRecruit.com began as a solution to solving the recruitment headaches that are often faced by businesses across the UK. We wanted to develop a solution that gives our clients the very same tools available to recruitment agencies, in house, for just £139 or less.
Whilst we do work with many large, household brands such as Holiday Inn, Ford and Age UK, actually the vast majority of our clients tend to be small to mediums sized enterprises. There is no doubt about it, successful recruitment is important for all businesses, but it’s crucial for SMEs were there is little margin for error and often budget restraints.
We wanted to develop a solution that not only made recruitment affordable but, importantly, that could be relied on to fill any job a client may have.
