We created The Acuity Measure (part of The Acuity Method) to provide a simple and effective means of assessing finance individuals to highlight their strengths and weaknesses. This allows existing and potential team members to develop, with our help or inside an existing framework.
Our team can, as required, then work with individuals, teams or businesses to develop areas required to ensure we assist in creating stronger and more effective finance professionals.
