Modern in approach and Italian in spirit, The Americano embraces a European style of personalized service with an elevated menu including fine steaks, certified Italian purebred Piedmontese cattle and Domestic Wagyu beef, Mediterranean seafoods, including raw bar and caviar service, fresh daily housemate pasta, organic salads and Italian antipasti.
The restaurant will houses an open kitchen concept with a wood-fired grill that is used to create the flavorful selection of fine steaks and fish. The restaurant’s interior was designed by Testani Design Group in collaboration with LGE Design Build and the spacious dining room includes a dark grey and light green color pattern, modern art, eye-catching crescent shaped booths and butcher block tables. There is also a lively island bar area and lounge with a full view of the terrazza, a large outdoor dining patio.
