Dr. Morin has spent her career in higher education, working in admissions, academic affairs, and curriculum departments. She has assisted students, friends, and colleagues in improving their writing skills for over a decade. In 2023, Dr. Morin realized that she could help a larger audience and founded The Assist LLC. After speaking with K-12 teachers, parents, new college students, and professionals, Dr. Morin discovered that there is a lack of guidance in written communication skills, whether it be for high school students entering college, learners returning to school after a break, or professionals who struggle with professional writing. Dr. Morin is excited to bring The Assist LLC to life. She is eager to help individuals achieve their writing goals through her 100% online courses. Dr. Morin prides herself on providing the knowledge you need to enhance your confidence when writing. Dr. Morin noticed that many people she spoke with were taking a chance by blindly submitting their academic papers or pushing send on their emails at work.
