This is an Afrocentric brand who’s ultimate goal is to create a skill training for teens and young adults in rural areas and shanty compounds with hopes of reducing the poverty rate in our country, keeping the target group away from vices such as drugs and resorting in activities that negatively affect the environment such as burning of tree for charcoal(every common in rural areas) and perhaps prevent early marriages as well.
Our methods of achieving this is by offering a skills training in Beading and run short projects with the cohort of that particular training and vend during certain monthly market sales and sell the beaded bags and accessories. All Funds raised are used towards helping them furthering their education or start up their own businesses.
As a company we also create our own beaded bags and accessories which are all unique to the customers preferences. Giving them an opportunity to express their personal style and individuality through their bags. Our hopes for the near future are that we expand and begin to create stable employment for such teens and young adults.
