I’m Brian, and The Beeston Coach is named after the part of Nottinghamshire where I live. I created The Beeston Coach after spending over 25 years in a career in HR, training and consultancy. I use a strengths-based approach to my coaching, which works through giving my clients an understanding of their strengths and how to use these to get more success and fewer disappointments in life. I am an Associate Coach for New Level Results and use their methodology and state-of-the-art software. The services I provide include: Individual Carer Coaching: helping my clients with career transitions and change. Business Coaching: Using The Curve® software I can help business owners create an individual plan for the future that supports their business strategy DISC profiling: DISC is an easy to understand psychometric tool that can help individuals and teams develop greater insight, better teamwork and better communication. I provide individual profiles and feedback as well as team events to support improved teamwork. 360° Feedback: I can structure and deliver an in-house 360° feedback programme, including the provision of electronic feedback reports and individual 1:1 feedback sessions with individuals. Training: I can provide in-house training on coaching and associated subjects, including giving feedback, interviewing skills and emotional intelligence.
