The company is currently focusing on early financing efforts. We hope to begin brick & mortar redevelopment in 2011, with our projected grand opening scheduled for March 2012. The company will create innovatively branded beverage, dining & entertainment establishments staffed with traditionally dressed table servers, featuring an island of German imported beer taps, a separate island of domestic beer taps, & a simple yet authentic German & American combination food menu, prepared in our interactive open grill kitchen. We will further attract our patronage through high profile live entertainment via providing a compelling music venue for national concert promoters & touring artists, by virtue of our spacious floor plan, unobstructed sight lines, state-of-the-art intelligent stage lighting & high fidelity sound systems, meeting the technical rider requirements of most middle to upper-tier touring artists, & our comprehensive backstage performing artist & VIP hospitality facilities. We will utilize an attractive and efficient long bar, open kitchen & counter service concept in conjunction with local/regional “greening” initiatives such as reducing water & electricity consumption by using biodegradable, cellulose plastic-wares & recycled or tree-free paper plates for food service, which will be composted via strategic partnering with local farms in order to reduce our waste management costs.
