I share my real world lived experiences juggling life, being a dad and surviving the corporate world of sales while being on a roller coaster ride living with multiple mental health conditions.
Mental illness is not a reality in my life because of my own personal struggles, I lost my dad and my uncle 2 years apart after they took their own lives so I understand that suicide doesn't stop the pain, it merely passes it on to all the people left behind.
It is my purpose now to share my story to add pages of hope to others people's survival guides that may be struggling with their mental health.
