We offer a supportive community where people can explore experiences, develop skills, and feel seen and valued.
What makes us different is our blend of land-based learning, therapeutic practice, and storytelling. Our programmes are trauma-informed, relationship-led, and co-designed with participants.
We primarily support 16–25-year-olds, and also offer services for over-25s through selected programmes and partnerships.
Our free core programmes include:
1) Camp Birch: Seeding Change – Plant Your Future – A 7-month journey with seasonal nature camps, monthly sessions, and coaching for 18–25s
2) ReCoupe: Working Woods – Weekly woodland sessions for adults 18+, focused on ecological skills, traditional landwork, and mental wellbeing
3) Fresh-Air Thursdays – Drop-in nature wellbeing sessions for 16–25s with walks, creativity, and fire-cooked meals
4)Youth Advisory Board – A paid opportunity for young people to lead and shape our work
We also offer bespoke paid services, including therapeutic forest school, one-to-one nature-based support, and tailored workshops for colleges, youth services, and health organisations.
