Our approach is rooted in body liberation, disability justice, and liberatory harm reduction. We offer holistic, nonjudgmental support through personalized coaching, peer-led groups, and embodied healing practices that honor the full spectrum of your experience.

Care for internalized oppression, body image, and identity. Support for the nervous system through trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, and somatic tools. Exploration of self-trust, body relationship, and reclamation.
Grief Care for Chronic Illness, Pain, and Disability
