One-to-one coaching:
It offers coachees an opportunity to develop their inner resources and overcome barriers that prevent them from achieving their goals. Each coaching journey is then unique, responding to the coachee’s specific needs. We are specialized in face-to-face and telephone coaching. Team coaching:
Team and group coaching helps the group find just the right balance in order to achieve common goals. It reveals the resources that will help the group move forward, overcoming its barriers. Individual group members become aware of the resources available in the team and can measure the impact of their contribution. Our collective missions can be adapted to the needs of each team.
Leadership programs:
Leadership is a set of skills that allow us to move towards a common goal, in total alignment with ourselves and others. We all make use of our leadership skills each and every day, in the most varied contexts. Our leadership programs take on an experiential approach that truly develops the leader in us.
