The Chad Livsey Project is a grassroots nonprofit driving visible transformation in historically neglected and underserved communities through environmental justice, cultural preservation, and sustainable development.
Our mission is to restore dignity — one block, one garden, one legacy at a time.
We don’t just clean up litter. We activate beauty and belonging. From organizing high-impact cleanups and donation drives to restoring historic landmarks like the Promised Land (the Maguire-Livsey House), our work brings together community pride, education, and equity on the ground.
We believe environmental justice IS justice — and it begins at the sidewalk.
Through partnerships with corporations, universities, and investors, we’re creating green spaces, access to local food, and pathways to self-sufficiency. Our programs are designed to make sustainability tangible and inclusive — where a community garden grows not just tomatoes, but resilience.
