The Co-Regulation Community Ltd
Mission: Working to help change the landscape of mental health provision through the applied understanding of the science and spirituality of human connectedness.
A safe relationship enables healing to happen…we can't do it alone. Co-regulation is required in order to help move our bodies out of states of defence so that we can begin to regulate our nervous system. When we feel safe, we are then able to think about and process our experiences and when we can do that, we can heal, thrive and savour life.
The Co-Regulation Community provides education on mental health and the nervous system through group training sessions and 1-2-1 therapy.
Services provided:
Workplace Wellbeing Training, Mental Health Wellbeing Training and Wellbeing Workshops. Bespoke training packages available on request.
1-2-1 Psychological Therapy, including; Polyvagal Informed Therapy,
EMDR Therapy, Polyvagal Informed EMDR, adapted EMDR for Chronic Pain, Trauma Informed Therapy, Cognitive Therapy and Behavioural Therapy.
