The Collective Members Only (TCMO) is a revolutionary, youth-led interdisciplinary creative collective, dedicated to discovering and platforming emerging talent through dynamic club networking events. Our mission is to transform online profiles into real-life connections.
By seamlessly blending nightlife with professional networking, TCMO strives to level the playing field in the creative industry. We curate environments that foster meaningful connections between emerging and established creatives, enabling the exchange of knowledge and the formation of synergistic partnerships.
TCMO serves as a home for the new wave of creatives—offering a space where they can grow and thrive together.
Founded in 2023, TCMO quickly made an impact with its inaugural sold-out event, attracting over 100 creatives. The evening featured a diverse lineup, from film screenings and panels with BFI-nominated directors to art exhibitions showcasing local talent, live tattooing, DJ sets, and performances from some of London’s most exciting up-and-coming artists. The event connected attendees with influential partners such as Orii Jam, Roundhouse, D&AD, and The Yard Theatre.
