The Duke Alt Protein Project is a student initiative supported by The Good Food Institute. We strive to build a diverse and inclusive community of students at Duke University interested in spearheading the transition to a just, healthy and sustainable food system through the field of alternative proteins. We aim to serve as a platform that educates students about alternative proteins and prepares them to apply their skills to advancing innovation and commercialization in the field.
Together with the broader Research Triangle ecosystem, our members aspire to be at the forefront of a rapidly growing revolution in global food supply.
