The Early Years Community Ltd was founded in 2023 by three dedicated Directors, Lisa, Sarah and Sophie; who have 60 years combined experience working within the childcare sector. We believe in delivering high quality childcare and education for all children regardless of individual circumstances, it is our belief that all children deserve the best start in life!
We ensure that our nurseries are a great place to explore, learn and grow for all children, everyday.
The Early Years Community was founded by the community, for the community, with an aim of providing high quality childcare for families, enabling the household to return to work, creating jobs for the local communities that we serve and supporting young adults as they enter the childcare workforce, through placements and apprenticeships.
We believe that it takes a village to raise a child and that working together in partnership with parents/carers and other professionals only increases a child's chance to reach their full potential.
