The Educators' Roundtable is a space where educators can meet and discuss student retention, educator efficacy, and build effective bridge programs to prepare first-generation and first-year college students of African American descent for post-secondary success. Through our signature programs: The Link (higher education), Legacy Builder, and Our Ancestors' Wildest Dreams, The Educators' Roundtable seeks to accomplish the goal of improving the preparation of rising college students, non-academic supports for first-generation and first-year college students, and intentional efforts between K-12 and higher education to identify areas of collaboration to improve student outcomes
