The Elefthere Project is a greenfield project in tourism that started in 2017 and now is at a preliminary stage of construction permit issuance.
The Company leased this 200-acres estate that contains 6 natural thermal springs producing in total 275 m3/h thermal water of 37°-42°. The estate lies within a planes forest and Marmaras river flows through the property. At the same time, it's only 800m from the sea front.
The estate is located near Thessaloniki at a distance of 80 minutes by car from the International airport of Thessaloniki and 50 minutes by car from the International airport of Kavala, both privately operated by Fraport.
The Elefthere Project is a high-end 140 (approx. 300 beds) Rooms Suites & Villas resort that will operate all year round on an all-inclusive basis. The natural hot springs and the exploitation of the stunning natural environment will be our competitive advantage towards the Greek, Balkan and European health and wellbeing tourism market.
