The Empowered Nurse Mentorship is an 8 week new nurse mentorship program designed to support the resilience, confidence and development of new nurses as autonomous professionals.
The program includes a high touch experience with one-on-one and group coaching components that are aimed at equipping novice nurses with the tools to manage and cope with stress, build confidence, improve work-life balance (integration), develop strong communication tools and increase their emotional intelligence.
We partner with nurse managers, hospitals, and educators, to increase nurse resilience, work satisfaction and retention rates within the organization. As a company, we recognize that time and resources within each organization may be limited and have developed a validated program designed to take the load off of the educators and managers and to offer a well-rounded system of support to our newest professionals.
