The English Editor does proofreading, copywriting, and academic editing for students, business professionals, scientists, non-profit organisations, and creative writers all over the world. We are based in Hamburg, Germany, and work mainly with universities in Frankfurt, Berlin, and yes, Hamburg, but also with companies and individuals.
We are especially interested in offering support to people from low-income countries and to current and former refugees, whether (you! or) they are working on a Master's thesis, a website, a presentation, short stories, an application for a scholarship or training program, a speech, or a good old fashioned CV.
Further, we are also very interested in and passionate about research and other work being carried out in environmental, social, and legal contexts: while we do not currently have any editors or translators with scientific or medical backgrounds or degrees, we are familiar with both types of editing within the realm of proofreading and other support from an English-language standpoint.
