The Excellence Training Center (ETC) is a one-of-a-kind workforce-education, innovation and research center focused on advanced manufacturing. Career pathways will include traditional and non-traditional certifications and industry recognized credentials offered in a wide range of areas such as manual and CNC machining, industrial maintenance, robotics, automation and additive manufacturing. The ETC has a variety of advanced manufacturing equipment that will be used to bring our programming to life.
The ETC will provide learners the opportunity to work side-by-side through a wide range of degree and non-degree seeking programs while giving them the chance to consider previously unexplored career paths.The ETC serves as a cornerstone of the Mahoning Valley’s advanced manufacturing and education eco-system. With over $10 million in advanced manufacturing and research equipment, the ETC supports the research and commercialization needs of the industry
