THE FORK AND SHOVEL IS A SMALL FAMILY FARM LOCATED ON THE ISLAND OF TJÖRN ON THE WEST COAST OF SWEDEN. SINCE MOVING HERE WE HAVE BEEN BRINGING NEW LIFE INTO ITS OLD BUILDINGS AND FIELDS. AS THE SEASONS HAVE ROLLED ON EVERY YEAR SO HAVE OUR IDEAS FOR THE FORK AND SHOVEL, FROM GROWING APPLES, FERMENTING CIDERS, HOSTING GUESTS TO MAKING GELATO BY HAND. WE ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT FOOD AND WHERE IT COMES FROM AND WANTING TO FEED OUR FELLOW ISLANDERS AND ITS VISITORS WITH PRODUCTS WHILST TAKING CARE OF THE LAND WE ARE GROWING AND CULTIVATING ON.
